I'm always happy here. I love the beer selection and the especially drinks. Chili lime salmon never disappoints.

Food is good, but our server, Melissa, was awesome. Super friendly, made sure we were doing well throughout our entire experience, and very helpful. For her it's 10 out of 5 stars.

Kayte was a great server. Old fashioneds were great, fish fry was pretty good. Didn't care for their coleslaw but that's being picky.

The smell in here hits you like a ton of bricks and not I’m a good way.. wish I could review the food but couldn’t get past the stench of old yeast

So. So. Haven't been here in years, so we went to go give it a try a few weeks ago. Very disappointed with the service. Menu was much different than years prior. It has a much smaller menu and portions too. Glad we went to go try it, but probably will not be back.

If you like cold you will love this if you are from South of I 80 bring a coat

Been there multiple times and look forward to going back everytime. The prices are kinda high for some people but it worth it for a great date night.

Gastro pub experience with an extensive list of local and nationally distributed beers. The price is right, portions are good, and everything I've had there is delicious. Their sister-restaurant a few doors down is a more upscale experience with equally great food.

Food is well prepared and flavorful. "My Lady" server is sweet and friendly.

Great service! The atmosphere was nice and the food was all delicious. The truffle fries are awesome. Our waiter was very accommodating for our large group. For came out fast too. Will visit again.

Mikey's has wide dinner menu options, and everything I've tried has been very good. The drinks menu is extensive, including over 60 different beers. You will probably be happy to eat here.

Service was friendly and helpful. Truffle fries were good. Not quite sure about the bruschetta... seemed to be served with cut-up hot dog buns for the bread. Meh.

Amazing staff. Great rustic atmosphere with very clean modern restrooms. Very good beer selection on tap that is updated weekly. Not a good place to come for food if you are vegetarian. Would reccomend for anyone in the area looking for good beer or drinks. FYI birthday special is free dessert or drink up to $10. If you get a drink or desert more than $10 than you just get $10 off.Frankie is awesome. Highly recommend coming at night while he is working he is awesome

Always a good stop! Good food, slightly upper end but reasonably priced. Beer selection is one of the best you'll find for craft and other selections.

Very elegant and accessible place. They serve big portions and for reasonable rates. We enjoyed the menu very much and the waiters were super attentive and chatty. Will definitely recommend this spot.

The enchiladas at lunch are glorious and the thin crust pizza is very good. Salads are high-quality. One of the best placed to eat in the area.

Love the urban atmosphere. Food is good but often spicy. The pizza is excellent and the selection of beverages offers a variety for everyone!

Frank was very epic server. Give that man a raise. Great mushroom fry recommendation. Kept the mountain dews coming like I asked. 10/10 would eat epic mushroom fries again.

Our food and waitress was great. Had the maple glazed pork chop and a pizza. The mashed potatoes could have been a bit hotter but that wasn't a big deal. The restaurant is very pretty and eclectic inside but is probably hitting the point to need better cleaning and some updates.

I stopped here to have lunch while in Plover and it did not disappoint!The waitress who greeted and seated (and served) me was super friendly!I decided a burger would be great for lunch, but opted just the build my own based on the waitresses suggestion. Probably because I couldn't make up my mind 😆.The beer menu is extensive and rotating. There is an overhead screen displaying what is currently available. The wait was about 8-10 minutes. Not bad for lunch time. The burger was really good! Most don't come on a soft brioche bun. And they seared the bun so the edges were crispy. Just the way I like it! Tje toppings were great. I didn't expect actual mixed greens as opposed to bland lettuce. The meat was cooked medium. And while the waitress didn't ask how I wanted the meat done, it worked out. I would go back again for and don't hesitate to recommend Mikey's.

This place has some really great food—I recommend the pizzas but the entrees are good as well. It’s nice to have a bar restaurant that puts a lot of extra thought into their dishes. Obviously one of the appeals of this spot is the massive number of tap beers—I think somewhere over 60! On a recent visit with a pretty large group we really enjoyed the service as well—friendly and efficient. Would recommend if you’re in the Plover area and looking for some great food.

Our experience was Great we started seared outside ,but decided inside would be better. The waitress had no problem placing us at a table inside. The drinks were excellent. Free samples of spotted Cow beer very tasty. Really had a great experience

Brian and Frank were the Bartenders while my wife and I went out for a “night on the town.” Both of these guys provided a fun, customer service experience that both my wife and I enjoyed! Great Guys and Great Time!

Delicious food, beautiful atmosphere. Ordered the porter mussels and I can't stress enough how amazing they were! Fish fry was best I've had anywhere (which is saying something when you live in Wisconsin... Their homemade tartar sauce is amazing!) and my husband had the Louisian pasta dish. I couldn't decide what was best, it was a superb meal, even down to the last pieces of crostini we were using to sop up the last bit of the delectable porter mussels sauce. Drink menu is on point, and the service was great. We went on a Saturday and while it was busy, we waited a bit for our appetizer, but didn't even complain as it was nice just to chat and enjoy our cherry mules, but they comped us the appetizer and our drinks because of the wait. Uncommonly kind. We will most definitely be back, and soon! It's amazing what quality, delicious food we have in this town nowadays.

Very nice atmosphere with friendly wait staff. Offers an excellent variety of craft beers. We had seen a specialty burger on their Facebook page not on the current menu. They were happy to make it up for us and was excellent. Bacon was not overdone. Mushrooms and onions sauteed in beer for delicious flavor. we will stop here again when traveling in the area.

When you look up GREAT HOSPITALALITY you're going to see a picture of Gabe & Samantha. These two are exemplary professionals and everyone should be more like them. Gabe took the initiative for our party and made it happen! Samantha also took the initiative with her phenomenal customer service! I highly recommend Mikey's of Plover!

Took my daughter out to eat, we just moved to WI and are always looking for a new great place to eat. Atmosphere was great, service was great, and food was mostly great. We had pizza and daughter got seafood linguine. Pizza was awesome, love the thin crust, linguine was decent but not the greatest. Beer selection was good as well. Definitely will go back.

What a gem! Plover is a small town outside of Stevens Point (also a relatively small town). I stayed the night here on the way to Wausau. Mikey's Bar & Grill is a lighthouse above the standard chain food restaurants in the area. Walking in, there is a large bar area, but also an equally large dining section. And oh the bar! 67 drafts on rotation. The beer menu consists of several small type selections covering many pages. In contrast, the restaurant menu is a single side broad page. Environment is comfortable and relaxed. Food was excellent. I went all in with the smothered Gorgonzola Ribeye. Had my eye on a few other items which will require additional welcomed visits.I do not normally do a desert, but felt like splurging so went with the chocolate cake. Service was outstanding. Everyone I talked to was very friendly and eager to talk about all the different selections. Breanna's service was top notch and made me feel right at home. Highly recommend.

Great food and awesome atmosphere

Mikey's has excellent, flavorful food. A friend brought us as we had never been there and it's our friends favorite restaurant. Their food is delicious and creative (truffle fries, yum!) and their beer selection is massive! Their service could use a step up, but the food, drinks, and atmosphere overcome that.

I stopped in for lunch and had a burger and fries and a couple beers. The food is as good as ever. The atmosphere is relaxing. The service was excellent too...I'll be back to visit again soon.

My boyfriend and I came here on our anniversary last week and the server, Kerry? Kary? Karry? Cari? Carri? Carrie? Anyways we loved her! She was super timely and so punny. Couldn't have asked for a better time! Will be back next time we pass through!

Supper club old fashioned was great, rest of the meal was ok. Food was not hot, even the nightly special was just warm. Probably will not return...

In on a Weds. Lots of beer choices. Had Bell’s Oktoberfest. Fresh! Ordered blackened Salmon over wild rice and string beans. Told Salmon was Atlantic not the “farm raised Chilean” salmon. Salmon although not as good as from the NW was very good and had a good flavor. Would recommend it! Beans were fresh and probably local! Good experience! A lot better than the Grate Dane in Wausau!

Consistently delish and my food was kept warm as I was a few minutes behind for business lunch. Always enough room to relax and have good conversation. Good job Mikey's!

Bridget was awesome! We were there for a birthday dinner and the food was amazing! Ambience is top notch. Strongly recommend!
